Is that... An Easy Spin-dryer washing machine in the background? 😲 I totally forgot about the whirlpool washer being a neutral-drain machine and doesn't spin until the washer has drained some of the water out of the machine. I'm keeping my fingers crossed its an easy fix for you... 😊 🤞

I'm confused... According to the chart in reply #2, In 1976, Maytag made an A407 and an A408. What would be the difference? Aren't those 2 basically the same model of washer, except maybe the 407 has a pilot light(?) And 3 wash Temps with all cold rinses? Am I missing something here?? 🤔

Lighted dial... It sure does look like the dial could light yup on the WHIRLPOOL. And yes, that KENMORE looks great. But to me, I prefer the WHIRLPOOL 😊

VERY COOL... The COPPERTONE cabinet & TURQUOISE agitator, tub ring, filter trap, & fabric softener dispenser colors really go well & look great! I didn't think they came out with the wood grain look until the 70's? Very cool washer from a great era! 😊

Do I see... The tip of an agitator in the pic of the washer with the lid open? 😵😲 I thought these lil portable GE washers didn't have an agitator, but a reversing impeller disc at the bottom of the wash tub/basket? 🤔😕
