    Old Kelvinator Front Load Help

Maybe the part can be replicated with a 3D printer?  There must be some commercial services out there that can take the existing one and craft a new one from taking dimensions...

    Old Kelvinator Front Load Help

manufacturers label sorry for the subject drift. Seeing that generic label where Kelvinator is printed with a dot matrix printer (and probably p)rinted Kenmore... etc) reminds me of the label printers we used in manufacturing Mini Computers.  We had OEM accounts so we would put on other brand...

    Door Lock

Temperature It's also temperature related too. The door lock won't release if the water is above a certain temperature. My machine does a drain if I use the "extra hot" temperature before releasing the door lock. While on other temperatures it does not.  Actually my hot water is about 140 and...

make sure the truck coming to deliver has a lift.  I have seen people get burned where the truck shows up without a lift. (as in trailer truck). Thinking they were coming to an address with a dock.

    HDMI --> Component Converter

Phillips It's 16 years old. Flat screen LCD. Not very energy efficient by today's standards. Going strong still. I think it's only 32",  Everyone tells me to get a new tv. LOL  Why?  I plug my amazon firestick into the HDMI port and I get what I need.  I broke the cord with cable 2 years ago.

    LG Washer/Dryer Tower

Looks like the only thing in my way is that the washer doesn't plug into the dryer. I would have to get someone to do electrical work.

    LG Washer/Dryer Tower

David, I was thinking of that too.  It would be a bear to repair and if it can't be repaired then you need both washer and dryer.  I have a stacked unit now. That is a bear to repair too.  I'm guessing when a repair person comes that person will just say replace the units. :-)

    LG Washer/Dryer Tower

I was wondering what full size stacking options are available and I ran across this from LG.  It is an all-in-one tower.  Permanently joined together.  The sad part is it requires two plugs. One for the washer and one for the dryer.  I was hoping it was like the whirlpool Stacked toploader...

    Salted butter or not?

Land O Lakes Butter with Canola Oil I love this. I use the light version. It is lower in calories.  Just for the table though.  I always use salted or unsalted for cooking. Whatever the recipe calls for.  I know people that use salted butter when a recipe calls for unsalted.  I never can...

Last tango in paris I wonder if it was salted or unsalted? Or perhaps butter flavored crisco?

Stonewall Kitchens buttermilk for me.  I think they use a cake flour in the mix.  It is very easy to work with too.

    Donuts

Some Dunkin Donuts Still make donuts on premise.  Like the one on Waltham St. Lexington (I think I got the location right).   Otherwise they are made in a factory in Ward Hill MA (Lawrence/Haverhill area).

    GE “Fresh Vent” Front Loaders

It may be left off the TOL models  because the heavy duty cycle uses extra water for that cycle on TOL models (at least my GE front loaders do that).  Just a guess.

    Hotpoint Dryer

I would say January of 1973, no?  It looks like the 70's hotpoint dryers. I used this chart to help with the age:   https://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=16195
