it's good 2 see the return of the name but would make it even better is 2 see almond return as well on these models and then I might get 1 lol :)

    Hotpoint First Editions

I like the First Edition's, they might be basic but still became a brand in it's own right lol. Here's a timeline of the WM-series models: September 1994: WM11P launches in Polar White only with an 800RPM spin speed and Economy Wash option, late on, a 1000RPM model appeared although I'm...

    My new zanussi fl812!

looks lovely, like it's only just been brought lol. But yeah I'm with hotpoint9534 regarding serial numbers so it'd be interesting to know when this 1 came off the production line. :)

    Hotpoint microtronic

    Hotpoint microtronic

nice thread about the MicroProfiles, were certainly smart machines in their day and the vacuum-fluorescent display is reminiscent of some US washers lol. For the record, here's the timeline of the 95-Series models from 1986-1994. Range line-up in brackets. 9560 MicroProfile 1300 APW, proud...

    New Washing Machine

1 way I can tell that something new will come is when the digit in the model number is a 9. :)

    New Washing Machine

there's a difference between them because those models are made in Turkey where as other WAQ models are made in Spain. The main differences being the door, drum and filter cover shape. Spanish made 1's have the rectangle filter while the Turkish made 1's have the round filter. They're still...

    Philips D162 Tumble Dryer

great thread about the Phillips dryers, I grew up with a D153 compact model and the basic design still exists as the White Knights of course. Just 1 little question, when was the airflow pattern redesigned on the full-sized models? :)

    Tribute to the BOL

rustyspaatz that's more or less the standard size of European dishwashers along with models that are slimmer in size for smaller kitchens. The dial is found on either side of the control panel which is the norm. It seems Turkey is the only country to have basic 2 programme dishwashers while...

    Tribute to the BOL

this is as basic as a European dishwasher can get, this Turkish Arcelik dishwasher has only 2 programmes and are similar 1's in Turkey that are like that, even 1 from Bosch. :)

    Hotpoint 1400 Microprofile 9567

you're right about it being from 1991 as it's the 1st Aquarius version of it, and it's a jolly nice nice Hottie too. The serial number is inside the door so if u can supply it I can work out the date code so I can determine when it was made. :)

    Creda 17032 Supaspeed 1150

looks like a nice Creda there, definitely a late true Creda before a similar design was used on reskinned Hottie's, I think this could be made in January 1991 as it has 191 at the end of the serial number, but once u've restored it, I'll greatly look forward 2 see it in action as I've never...

    Hotpoint MicroTronic 1000 AutoWasher 9555

nice Hottie here, was the last 2 have the classic MicroTronic control panel design, if anyone has the serial number so I can work out the date code on this would be great thanks. :)

    Credaplan

good washer dryer, when I asked optima 4 the date code on this, the serial number is 86138283 so date code 86 means it was in fact made in February 1993, so it still looks good 4 20 years lol :)

Creda debonair reversair: my newest addition

nice 2 see that it's still going strong after 30 years lol :)

Creda debonair reversair: my newest addition

nice dryer there, hard 2 believe the basic design can still be brought new 2day with the Hotpoint and Indesit models with more modern styling of course, and did u know that Creda appliances are actually dateable, the sticker @ the back of the dryer will tell u when it was made, on my Nana's...

    super silent vacuum cleaners

aquarius1984, no I haven't used 1 but I'm just saying how nice they still look, @ least they launched it before Candy took over lol. Aquacycle, it was an upright model in yellow and my parents must of had it 4 a long time before I was born, most likely 2 be from the 70's era, although I was...
