    Sounds to me like a timer problem. The element in the bottom of the tub should not be on during the dry cycle, that's a separate fan, heater.

    That is the way it's supposed to be. The collar just keeps the bottom of the agitator centered on the shaft.

    I've  never seen a softner equipped dishwasher in the us. Hooked up to cold fill on 120 volts a 3 hour cycle would take all day. Euro electric  must be way cheeper than hours but it is 220 volt. Almost all of their appliances washer dishwasher are cold fill.

    You cannot regenerate any softener with HOT water! US machines are hot fill! European machines are cold fill!

    Reply #11 goes outside? Is water coming out of it? If not the p trap is pluged with dirt. Use a shop vac to suck it out, very common. Should have been the first thing the service Guy did very easy he probably didnt have a vacuum. Try it yourself. Good luck.

    I LOVE my Frigidaire induction range! The only thing I don't like about induction cooking is when a pot boils over it doesn't make a sound! But the mess is easy to clean up, as the glass doesn't burn the boilover.
