Clustered
I have a 40 inch double oven. Typically with Frigidaire and GE you see split burners on single oven BOL models. I like having one side to cook on and the other for the controls so keeping the mess down is easier.
Now There's a Concept
We're all enablers that make our collecting an acceptable pass time. Welcome and let me tell you, small appliances are a lot easier to buy, sell, move and find parts for. I'd take the Concept II in a heartbeat.

Soak
Over night soak in warm water, Oxyclean and laundry soap followed by hot wash in detergent. I use the cool down cycle to mitigate affects of a hot water wash. Years of food service left me with spots of all origins. I am finding more and more modern cottons hanging on to grease spots...
All The Help I Can Get
Thanks, Lawrence. I grew up with the Farm Journal magazine and there were about 10 pages in each monthly issue devoted to Farm Wives and cooking. I enjoyed it because it included personal photographs of homes, kitchens and food.
Marsha Adams
Cooking from Quilt Conutry and many other well written books on mid western cuisine featuring Amish, Mennonite and Pennsylyvania Dutch by Marsha Adams. Easy to find at Amazon and Ebay and the recipe are very good.
Brake
The amazing difference with this solid tub is that it has a brake which makes the tub index and roll over is amazing. I saw one like it at Greg's in Omaha and was amazed.
Cord
I let a repairman replace a motor on a vintage Maytag and as soon as he left the same problem occured. I was using a 50 foot drop cord. I moved things a bit and plugged the washer in directly to the outlet and never had another moments problem.
Twin 30
Gives you double the oven capacity, cooks really well and upper oven door glides up like flair. The only draw back is trying to put a stock pot on the left rear burner because it is impeded by the slanting glass.

Way To Go
I am having dishwasher challenges and I am tempted to pick one of the better performing Electrolux/Frigidaire machines. Even though I know better Frigidaire is ingrained in my soul as a very good thing.
Look at the Rack on That One
I would for sure use a rack. I would roast uncovered, breast down, untrussed. Season with salt and pepper, fresh ginger with Italian paresley in the cavity does wonders for mitigating an off taste. There is very little meat on a duck so it will cook quickly. ...
