Corey, Greg is right, a light coat of olive oil, salt, and pepper, or lemon pepper, you just can't beat it.  Very easy and so good.  Let us know how it turns out.

WOW Robert, that is really interesting.  I have a feeling if you checked out the local library they might have a lot of the Hamilton History preserved.  That's what Rick and I did in New Britain for Universal.  I was pretty sure that Two Rivers was the home of Nesco too.  Love their Roasters...

Have to confess here as well, I liked the smell and it was something that we did replace when needed.  I always thought it had a clean smell.
