Is it a heat pump dryer? Does it offer a self-cleaning condenser as the BOSCH/Siemens dryer does?

Nothing new to European customers Orbital spray systems are available for quite a long time now. Don't think they work that well as advertising tries to imply...

What does Protex mean? Aren't they Elux machines? I think the AEG is the only dryer to dry woolens, the other brands offer just something to finish it, our BOSCH does that in three minutes time which is therefore a totally useless programme.

IIRC I had a Matura dishwasher back in 1993 which hadn't had that open heating element. But your AEG seems to be the old quality before they were bought by Electrolux from Sweden.

Interresting... ...that the quite modern AEG still had the open heating element. Thought they disappeared a long time ago but the US machines still have them, too...

No prob! I do wash pillows myself in an H-axxis toploader without having trouble so doing them in a Míele shouldn't be worse as they are stable machines. I would recommend to wash only one pillow in a high water level at 60° degrees Centigrade and to use the highest spin speed otherwise drying...

Still I don't quite understand... ...how the mechanism for the top top rack works. It must be free swinging, otherwise it would fit in in a 180° degrees angle, am I right?

Thanks Bob! It's a pitty that one cannot see Power Shower and Power Tower. But you're right, it is very unlikely for those cups to be washed in the inside.
