We made hash often with left over beef roast in our Sunbeam mixer grinder. Now I still do today with the KitchenAid. It's a real treat in our house!

I have this same toaster. The first one went bad 1 month after we got it and KA replaced it. If works well but your right about long times. I can fry an egg before the toast is done!

Gas A/c The mention of gas air conditioning brings back a old memory. In high school, we visited the Museum of Science & Industry. They had a gas air conditioning system on display. You looked in and saw the flames and the cool air blew out at you. It seeme a strange concept at the time.
