Hi Jason~ I would encourage you to call Downy @ 1-800-688-7638 and voice your displeasure. I did, and they sent me a refund check, no questions asked. All I had to do was give them the numbers on the top of the cap.

I offered the seller $200.00, and he declined my offer. He must think it is worth more, but the fact it is not a rapidry model hurts the value. Hope someone can snatch it up.

Downy.com Well, it looks like 95% of the comments left on Downy.com regarding the New "April Fresh", Downy are negative. IMO- The entire Product Development team should be fired because of this blunder! They could have at least left the non-concentrated version, (which I use) the same.

Non-Concentrated Downy I have been buying the non-concentrated version of Downy, (April Fresh). Give it a try. It is somewhat similar to Downy of yesteryear.
