My mother's 1970 General Electric gas dryer and was working when she died in June 2012. Never had a problem and dried items faster than my Maytag DG608.

check Terry Love's website for information on toilets. That's where I found the information on Crane's wall mounted toilet as well as American Standard's. There were a lot of comments from readers of the site on the quality control issues of American Standard wall mounted toilets.

Crane makes a wall mount gravity flush elongated bowl toilet called the Rexmont. Crane toilets are a division of Universal Rundle. How effective the flush I do not know.

A Frigidaire 1976 1-18 coppertone washer and dryer is being given away for free. Please check Craigslist San Francisco ad #3824946501 under free stuff. Washer has draining problems and rust in the tub. Gas dryer still works.

Have been using Toto toilets for many years. Very good flush and have been trouble free. Kohler has improved its Wellworth line and now is a good second choice if cost is a factor. American Standard has quality issues and would not recommend this brand.
