    Put me on the list! I too have been trying to find a gooseneck for a long time. They seem to be very rare and hard to find. I you by chance come across an extra one let me know! I will do the same!

    LOL Isn't this from a BOL Kenmore? ... there I go with the acronym! since i learned that it meant bottom of the line from you guys :-) Wasn't it in some machines before the great Roto-Swirl? I would love to see it in action!

    My heart goes out to you and your family I'm am truly sorry for your loss and understand the disease. My Mom was diagnosed with it this past May and it seems to be progressing slowly. Take care and keep all those wonderful memories alive. Lyle

    First off I want to say what a great group this is. While I have always had a great love for washers I have learned so much from the posts. My question is, and pardon my ignorance, what is the BOL washer? I keep seeing this term but not sure what it is. Thanks again guys! (and girls) :-)

    Detergents from the late 70s / early 80s

    Does anyone remember? Salvo..I always thougth it was so neat because it was a tablet that you dropped in the wash instead of powder. I don't remember te smell of it but loved it. Rainbarrel fabric softner was another one that was so wonderful. Loved the smell os it. Bring back those days!!

    Great wringer Paul, Beautiful wringer! I love any kind of washer but wringers are my favorite. I would love to see this one in action! I see that your favorite memory was a 1955 Whirlpool wringer. That is my dream machine.

    Great collection Geoff I have never seen the dark blue one. Looks great. The aluminum (?) one like Jed has is great too. I wish they had the spline in them and would fit my machine.
