I've had excellent results from the Sylvania GLASS LED bulbs I bought at Menards about 2 or 3 years ago. They are made in USA, evidently in Versailles, KY. The only one that has failed was damaged when the light fell. Previous to that I had a couple Sylvania PLASTIC bulbs that weren't much good.

I've used both Wiremold and a competing product called Walkerduct, which was made by Walker-Parkersburg Textron. I slightly preferred the Walkerduct, as it was a lay in system, rather than pull in. That company was bought out by Wiremold a few years ago, and most of their line discontinued.
