Cycle Matrix Inaccurate I don't believe that cycle matrix is 100% accurate. How does the Heavy Soil setting on Normal-Eco add 32 minutes to the cycle? And Medium agitate speed on PermPress? Malcolm

Broken Wire I had a broken wire in a harness between the console and the motor in my SQ dryer. After replacing the motor and timer without fixing it, the technician and I went through each wire in the harness and found the break. The wire was spliced and all was well. Malcolm

Same Laundry Pair I have the same Elux pair. They clean very well. The only issue I have, which isn't much of an issue, is the circulation pump tends to get quite loud if your detergent foams. Malcolm

Down Time The professional units are kinda rare in the states. Could result in quite a bit of down time trying to find qualified technical staff to handle a repair. For my money, I would buy two sets of the W1 machines. You'll likely never have a repair on both at the same time. Malcolm

Whirlpool DD Machines I think a lot of the sudsing in a DD machine is due to the pump running backwards during agitation and sucking air. Someone posted a video a while back with the cabinet removed, showing the bubbles rising from the sump area in the front left corner of the tub. Malcolm
