Good thread. I altered my Bosch settings to increase sensitivity. Notice the machine runs slightly longer than with the standard setting.

Might be a rinse-aid issue. Maybe the setting is too high for her conditions?

Not an orbital machine. Looks like the agitator shaft is stripped inside the gear case or the agitator itself is stripped. What does the shaft look like once the agitator has been removed?
