I've NEVER had a dehumidifier i felt safe with.. The Whirlpool i got in 1999 was recalled in 2003, the Goldstar that replaced it was recalled in 2009, the 1st Kenmore was recalled in 2012, and the other Kenmore was recalled in 2014 (i think).. If i ever find an old one, ill snab it... Otherwise...
