We picked up a GE Wringer Washer locally. My husband put a new cord on. The agitator and wringer work well. However, the handle to turn the agitator on and off does not engage and neither does the button for the drain. Does anyone know what we can do to make these things work? Pictures included...

Thanks for the advice (I know I've missed responding to some people, I'm sorry). I'll look around to see what we have...most of the independent appliance shops have closed, but there are probably one or two lurking around. We can definitely sand down the prongs on the broiler.
