A Frigidaire Twin-30

will be mine to go with my Frigidaire RS-50 that I posted about a few weeks back. I'm getting metal kitchen cabinets with the original formica top...and this stove was in her house. The whole house is time capsule 50s...the mil died and they're tearing it all out. I'm tapped now, but boy I wish I could just squirrel away everything in this house.

So, this Saturday, this yumminess will be mine.

Congratulations! A word about the surface lamp: it is only accessible from the rear of the range on all of the Twin 30 models I know about, so change the fluorescent tube before you install it.

Thanks everyone! I'll definitely post pics once we have everything installed...it might be a while; still have to rip out our old cabinets and move the RS50 to a different room (that thing is heavy!). Thanks for the note on the surface lamp, too!

p.s. Guess I shouldn't have called it time-capsule 50s, since the stove is from 1965, but in general everything is the same as when the house was built in the 50s.

Anyone have any ideas on where to find a vent hood for this thing? I'll keep scouring the internet, but it doesn't fit underneath our old vent.
