I have a friend in the South West of the UK who has an Indesit washer he's had from new which last week developed a fault. He writes: "This is about 13 years old but has had light use (single owner). Recently developed a fault where it won't get past the heating water stage. Runs fine on cold wash. I lavished a £10 new heater on it to no avail so it's beyond my expertise. May be a simple fix?"
He doesn't want anything for it but does need it to be collected from Cullompton, near to Jn 28 of M5.
