I recently acquired a 1933 Maytag Wringer Washer and am in the process of redoing it. How do I remove the top roller. I have included 2 photos. HELP!!!!

Remove the pin in the tension post...
Hi Russ,
Having done restorations on 5 wringer heads, I would suggest doing one of two procedures:
a). if you are going to repaint - remove both pins from the tension posts, which will allow disassembling of the roller brackets, bearings and tension bar.
b). if you simply want to remove the roller, just remove one pin, and the tension bar will still slide out and allow you to remove the bracket and bearing.
