1950 Electric Stove - Lift Top?

Looking to get those more knowledgeable than myself to weigh in on this. Is the stove top on a 1950 Moffat double oven stove able to lift up or is it screwed in?

If it is screwed in, does anybody have any ideas how to remove it so I can clean under the top after the elements have been removed?
