Well, I do love this washer but my small collection is going in a little different direction and I don't have the room for it. I do hope it finds a good home. Thanks again to all for the help with this machine - I do think we saved it from the Krusher and now hopefully it will survive in another collection. I wish I collected I would snatch this up. I also like the rear opening lid. They went to the side opening lid after that and I didnt care for those.

Definitely a beauty. If it wasn't so far I'd get it as I don't have a Beam-design Fluid Drive machine yet. I hope someone grabs this!

A friend's mom had a set of these in the basement and by the middle 60s, they were getting kinda grubby. The dial was strange because it had the wash water temperatures at the start of the cycle and I think I remember that the short cycle was the one with the lower water level. The dryer was just the air flow model, not the condenser I was hoping to find. Another family had this washer and replaced it with a Kenmore in the early 60s.
