1953 Whirlpool drain pump replacement

Howdy techs!
The belt-driven drain pump on my 1953 Whirlpool washer seems to be more trouble than it is worth. Can you recommend a generic electric pump that I may substitute?

I like the GE WH23X10030R pumps.  They move water quickly and quietly.   How many ports does yours have?  I _may_ have a spare....

I like the GE pump recommended. Thanks. There is some value in keeping originality but I am really going to try the electric pump. Winter project I guess.
