1955 UNIMATIC

Last weekend I acquired a '55 Unimatic - I have enclosed pics. I'm looking for a lid as the one on this machine has bad rusted spots. Can't imagine what caused this but really think I need a new lid. Let me know if anyone might have a lid that would work. Thanks !!!!

Congratulations on getting another unimatic. I'm really surprised to see that much rust on a porcelain lid. I did send a piece to a company over 20 years ago that reporcelained a side panel from a DI-57, and they also fixed a dent to perfection. Maybe you can research on line and find another company to fix your lid back to new.
