1955 WH Range Appears In Modern Commercial

1955 30" model FH can be seen behind the husband in the final seconds of the new Post Shredded Wheat Cereal commercial. The ads start off with a grandmotherly lady at the table eating her cereal when the TV announces that women reach their sexual peak at age 80.

This is the range that has been seen here. It is the one I have in my basement with the big oven dial on the left and the clock on the right side with the four dials in a line between them.

The range in the commercial appears under a very modern range hood looking very smart.

The commercial is on Youtube, 'Shredded Wheat TV Commercial - Talk Show' or Post Shredded Wheat Commercials 2014; thanks for pointing out the commercial, it is cool to see the nice vintage stove in a commercial! That is the same range that I have in two tone, aqua case, yellow top, a nice range indeed!

Thanks, Greg. Now we can freeze it near the end and study the kitchen a bit. There's a modern fridge, older cabinets and the range with the window in the oven door. Unlike the range in the ad, the surface unit knobs on my range are white, just like they are on the 1955 40" BH in the warehouse with the 30" wide oven.
