1957 GE Clothes Conditioner

The house we bought last year came with the original GE Clothes Conditioner. It is an IDA 820P with pink buttons, and the control dial is on the left. The dryer works perfectly! All lights work beautifully too! It is possible we have the manual burried in the closing documents as well.

Does anyone know how much this item is worth? And where I could sell it?
