1959 Philco Duomatic W/D combo

Came across a Facebook ad for an early 50s Philco fridge but picture 3 also shows, what I believe is, a 59 Philco Duomatic. Ad is 12 weeks old but worth a try if interested. Located in Jim Thorpe, PA. [this post was last edited: 6/5/2021-15:58]

This is more like '52-'54. The styling was changed by '57 to a squared corner design.

This is not a hi-speed model with a blower to circulate the air through a condenser in the dryer. It takes longer to dry and the cold water is being consumed at a rate of one half gallon per minute. Interesting artifact, but not the greatest performer.
