Vintage Frigidaire Working Refridgerator/Freezer Combo -$100

You sure could try

a sled. The weather channel said it was very messy there yesterday for the afternoon rush hour.
Lake effect snow likely. As you pass the Shaker Heights area on the Turnpike is the continental divide, and hills. Going down them in snow no problem. Going up or stopping different.

I learned today from a member who asked him if it was available, after I had to decline...and he said that he took it to the dumpster-crusher center.
