Wow Charlie

What a gem video, had seen little bits but this is fab, International Trade indeed, and to think we are keeping the tradition going....

Oh to be a salesman visiting North Canton for the yearly pilgramage, what wonders we have missed!!

Seeing the film I feel really PROUD to have the first Hoover Washing Machine in my collection, the Single Tub 0307, produced 1948, and the "Hoover Automated Keymatic" produced 1961, as well as all other dryers and twinnies and MOST of the early vacs...

Thanks Charlie, great video! Nice seeing the Hoover Model O, 541, and 750 in action. I would love to have one of those glass-nozzle demonstrator machines!

It was interesting seeing the washer factory in Wales as well; I was surprised at hearing how many machines they exported! Looking at the shipment destined for the US, it appeared to be all twin-tubs; it's a shame they never sold any Keymatics in the States.
