1961 GE J304T range with Sensi temp

We have a great looking GE stove and some of the coils don't heat. I've been told it probably is in the button controllers. Can these be serviced / cleaned? Also, the left front burner is a Sensi Temp that's not working. Thread #1086307 on 8/24/2020 by Firedome has a picture of the same stove. It states you need a 5 button controller to convert. I'd love if I could even just have it turn on and off - to boil water etc. Where can I get these?

that red one is mine, I've got the parts to convert it but been away from that house for awhile, we're there now and may actually do something soon. Would prefer to see if the ST can be made to work again first. It's getting power and warms up but not sustainably enough to cook on. I need to test the sensor, there's 2 kinds of leads that may be found: if it has white leads it should test at 10 ohms, if it has yellow leads it should test 17.5 ohms. combo52 can give you further info he's the resident expert!

You may want to check the wiring to the Calrod units if you haven't already.

I have a 1956 GE Liberator and was having trouble with some of the Calrods. I found some NOS (new old stock) on eBay. I went to put them in last weekend and noticed the wires on some of the Calrods were not connected.

I clipped the lead wires, tinned the ends with solder, and put it back together. The original Calrods are all working great, even the Automatic Calrod works.
