Hi all!
What a happyness to found a such unwaited presents under Christmas tree!!
I picked it up some days before Crhistmas and it was like this

<object width=425 height=344><param name=movie value=></param><param name=allowFullScreen value=true></param><param name=allowscriptaccess value=always></param><embed src= type=application/x-shockwave-flash allowscriptaccess=always allowfullscreen=true width=425 height=344></embed></object>

the timer was really noisy!!!

<object width=425 height=344><param name=movie value=></param><param name=allowFullScreen value=true></param><param name=allowscriptaccess value=always></param><embed src= type=application/x-shockwave-flash allowscriptaccess=always allowfullscreen=true width=425 height=344></embed></object>

ad after a few little adjustments like a bit of top repainting, motor bearings replacement and greasing the timer motor gears...

here you are the machine startint the prewash (cold) of a complete whites cycle

<object width=425 height=344><param name=movie value=></param><param name=allowFullScreen value=true></param><param name=allowscriptaccess value=always></param><embed src=http://www.youtube.com/v/j083eQWBopU&hl=it_IT&fs=1& type=application/x-shockwave-flash allowscriptaccess=always allowfullscreen=true width=425 height=344></embed></object>

More videos on my youtube channel.

The machine is working but there are still some leaking. I should replace the drum bearings too but I'm going to do it in future cause this is a very hard opening-closing tub work to do now.

This machine either will be hooked up to hot-cold fill and I'm waiting for incredible wash performarce saw that this is a very very very good washing machine filling cold... what about though filling hot too!?!?

I don't like so much "oblò"... but this is special :D

Nice

Nice find Diomede! I always wanted a Philco. Everyone has a preferred brand, in my case it is definitely a Philco :)
I am very happy when I found an old washer, regardless of the brand, but a Philco is very hard to find, especially in my Country and that's why I am much more intrigued.
I believe you are very happy that you have find it.

Thanks!

Ingemar... I suspect you could appreciate a Philco quite similar to mine but topper line arriving soon near you :lol:

Thanks all for appreciating.

62°C? Really don't know but the same would be for 30-32°C I suppose this was to avoid the decresing of temperature during the wash action keeping the 60 or 30 (depending on setted cycle) untill the cycle ends.
The topper line machines (like W65 or WE852) had the 95 where these has the 85 and had the 45 cycle too. Here either the temperatures aren't 90 or 40 but 5°C more to be sure tha for all the cycle agitatione the temperature wouldn't have decreased under 40 or 90°C
