For anyone who otherwise has a Gold Colored 1969-71 Lady Kenmore Washer that has no mate to it, I just located a possible mate for your Washer right on e-Bay.
Dryer is electric, and it is located in Las Vegas, Nevada.
In THIS particular case, it is paired up with a 1992 Lady Kenmore Direct-Drive Washer.
Owner says it works, and the panel lights up too.
