I can see how these can be confused between almond and avocado, but the washer is definitely a 1978 model. I didn't look close enough at the dryer to notice if it is a '78 as well.
The 1978 LK washer was the only electronic model year (1978 - 1982) to have the cycle selections in a box or rectangle arrangement, instead of the linear set-up found on the 1980, 1981, and 1982 models. The 1979 90-series non-Lady K had the selections in a box as well but lacked the triple dispenser and two cycles in the center of the box for short and extra short wash.
I think it has been quite some time since we've seen a 1978 Lady for sale. Interesting machines in Greg's find, the washer is a 1981 70-series but the dryer is a rather rare '81 90-series.

Yes, warm wash is the default, thus no need to have a key for it.
