Here are two more machines I will put up for sale. I wish I still lived in a house with a basement, as I would be able to keep them.
I purchased these from the original owners. They look to be 1978 models from the serial numbers.
The Elderly Gent told me he purchased them in 1981 when he lived in South Dakota. He raved about the great deal he got as they were closeout floor models.
They used them until they moved to Michigan in 1987. The reason why they sat unused since then, was that the moving company scratched the fronts of both of them, and put a small dent in the lower side of the washer. The wife wanted new ones, and refused to put the damaged ones in use..
So..Since 1987 they have been sitting unused! The people were neatnik packrats, and never threw anything out.. It took me almost 3 years of coaxing and phone calls to get them! I had to pay $300 for the set. If anyone is interested in them, I will sell them for that.
