SAD NEWS!
It is offical, as of today, 10/2/2008, the R&D building is no longer with us. The remains of the R&D building are being hauled off in this photo. You can make out the Corp office building to the right in the picture, which means that we are looking through what was originally the R&D building. I wish I would have been down there.
Plant 1 is currently occupied by Iowa Telecom (shown in the photo)- hopefully they will be tennants for some time. The blue Maytag sign used to adorn the upper right hand side of the 6 story building.
