hey guys snaged a52 maytag square tub wringer over the weekend at house sale for a mere 20.00 the machine works great nothing like wringer washer to do your laundry in i get done faster that than todays so call mondern machines!!an wash is super clean! will post pictures during week when peter stops by thankgod for peter a great friend always willing to help you any way he can, let me me know how yous feel about wringer washers thanks lou

I have a 1950 Speed Queen, and a Maytag E2LS built 9/82. I love them both. The "Queen" was my Grandma's, and the 'Tag belonged to my wife's uncle. I washed our bed linens in the 'Tag last Friday and hung it out to dry. Brought back lots of great memories of sleeping over at Grandma's house.

I love wringers. My mother used one until 1972 or 73. It was a Maytag, no pump and had a set of double rinse tubs. If I could find one close by, in good condition, and at a decent price I would grab it in a heartbeat.
