I know our sears would give me or help me out with things like the shelf..

I bought a microwave hood on ebay that was a dud... I whent to sears to look around and Don saw me and we chatted.. He got me a great deal on the Frigidaire Micro Hood i wanted for $219 vs Lowes $249 vs Independant $239... Also was able to throw in a 3 year warranty at no cost.. He's been there for 20 years...I wouldn't hesitate to buy from him

Jimmy the guy at Ace is also nice and easy to deal with.... I broke a trun table for one of the micro hoods we bought and he got me a new one at no cost.. He also is delvering and installing the new appliances free for me

I am now only going to those two places.. Lowes and Homo Depot are out of the picture..

Maybe HD and Lowe's will prove to be unsuitable places to purchase appliances entirely.

Our lowes used to be great..As a kid, when gramps managed an apartment complex long ago, he used to buy all ge stuff at lowes
