70 series kenmore washer

I have a kenmore series 70 that fills then just sits there motor hums trys to work then nothing i drained and gave my better half a newer whirlpool hate to scrape it its to good a machine

You might have something stuck in the pump. If it drains on it's own but doesn't agitate or spin, it could be a motor coupler.

the tub and agitator is not moving by hand ita stuck

Sounds like the motor coupler snapped during agitation.

Is it a belt drive, or a direct drive?

direct drive tilted it forward tonite and the motor coupler is broken
