70's GE Toaster Oven

I found one of these in a thrift store for $7 and planned on selling it on eBay as they seem to be commanding a pretty good price for some reason. The "toast" function works fine but when it is set on "oven", it cuts out too soon and does not heat up to the selected temperature. Is this a thermostat or something that is shot, and what are my chances of finding someone to fix it? Maybe I should just list it as-is for parts.

It appears the market has fallen flat on 70's GE toaster ovens, the last two barely got $25. Hold on to it for later. In the meantime you'll probably find another that you can snag a part from
