I just thought it was interesting because everything is original. Most houses by now would have had at least the flooring and appliances updated.
For me the house is too small and plain as well. I'm not a huge fan of most 70s homes like this anyway because the materials used are so boring. Flat hollow core doors, skinny mouldings, unpainted aluminum window frames, nothing above 8 foot (and sometimes 7.5 foot) popcorn ceilings, particleboard cabinets with flat laminated doors, etc.
Nothing particularly wrong with these houses since they were built with sturdy block construction, usually the plumbing and wiring is still ok as well, but largely just boring.
I think likely this was toward the end of the Vietnam era and people who weren't making lots of money at the time needed a place to live that was ready to move into. So these homes were perfect given the time they were built.
