Unless some serious floor reinforcement, electrical and plumbing work was done first. Of course if you are custom building....
On the plus side unit can heat water with steam or electric. So you can "boil" wash 75lbs of laundry at a go... Final spin is only 510rpms...

Those really are wonderful machines. I have always had great luck with Continental machines when I have used them in the workplace or at a Laundromat.
