I think this is one of the first Canadian 30" free standing Frigidaire ranges with many different characteristics from the US models other than extra fuses and different porcelain color inside.
This particular model was produced in 1960. Frigidaire Canada still produced clones of the US models for a 1960-61 (including DeLuxe, Custom Deluxe and Custom Imperial ranges) but this economy model looked a bit like a 1959 Deluxe but with a different clock/timer and a broil/bake selector for the oven. It also has "INFINITE HEAT" written on it's control panel as 1960 was the first year infinite switches were found across the lineup on 30" models. In 1959, only the high end models had them.

The model number is RDGB-30-60[this post was last edited: 4/19/2013-01:44]

This kind of timer was used on many Canadian Frigidaire ranges/ovens from the 1960's as well as other brands too. Frigidaire also used this timer on models produced in other countries but I don't think US Frigidaire models ever had them.

Here's one from New Zeland with the same timer.

And a newer one (1963 model) from Canada

And again, this timer was used on the custom-built Compact 30 ranges used in Habitat 67 appartments. I think these timers are made by Lux time but I'm not sure about it. Anybody could tell me more about these?

I know that some variations of this timer have a unique time signal that makes "-ding- -ding- -ding-" sound rather than the more common buzzing sound but I never heard any on a Canadian Frigidaire range.
