In regards to your local Wally World, has anyone been able to find either formula or any variety of Wisk? I've checked three stores and have NOT been able to find it at any of them. I've asked dept. managers, and they seem to know little about its disappearance.

However, they still have both formulas and lots of variety of All!

Have you tried Target? Or maybe a grocery chain?....I have not seen Wisk at Walmart for some time now. They do have it at Target though...and every grocery store I have been to here in my area.

Yeah!

I've seen it at Target and (I believe) Kmart, but I'm curious in finding out if it's a multi-regional thing or if ALL Wal Marts across the country aren't carrying it. I bought it some of the time when it was on sale.

I miss the "original" wisk....that blue color, and that great scent....they did away with all of it in the new formula, I used to love being able to do the whole wash in that stuff....man the clothes smelled great....they always have to mess with the good stuff!

ring around the collar...

Last year when I was spending the summer at an old house that my aunt and uncle own in San Jose (it was my uncle's brother's house and built in 1936) there was an unopened CAN of Wisk in the laundry room cupboard. I remember it had a plastic cap that you twisted off and then snapped back on. I'm sure it's still there.

Does anyone remember a detergent that was liquid...and it came in little bottles that looked like washing machines and the top would pop off to get to the cap...came in many colors...this was around 1970ish....

or how about GREASE RELIEF?...this was a great degreaser...all the good stuff always gets taken away....

Wisk in North Carolina

I saw some Wisk in our local Food Lion store the other day,I used to like it but I dont like the smell anymore, not like when I was a kid in the 70s and it came in a red bottle with a blue cap.

Grease remover

The best thing I have found for really greasy clothes is Greased Lightning add a cup or so to a load of dirty clothes and all the grease is gone...wont discolor anything either

I have seen it here at Krogers in Memphis and they do run it on sale it was in an ad 2wks ago.But I do not like it any more it has change and not for the better.I have to agree with others here that powder detergent is better even in h.e. washers.
