Ooooh - pick me! Pick me!
Senator McCain, you spent two years (not five as many of your surrogates have claimed) as a POW in North Vietnam. While not disparaging yours or any other military member's service to our country, there are well documented instances of you losing your temper - some nearing physical altercations. What treatment did you seek and/or receive after being released from your captors and do you think that you are able to be a cool, levelheaded leader despite your history of anger issues?
#2 in two parts:
Senator McCain, this last Friday and independent investigator found that Sarah Palin broke Alaska ethics laws concerning her involvement and failure to intervene to curb her husband's pressuring officials about the firing of the State Trooper. Immediately after the report was released, Ms. Palin lied to reporters that she had been cleared of any broken laws or any wrongdoing on her part. Will you allow her to continue to lie to the American public once in office and will there be limits on the subjects that she is allowed to lie about?
Part Two: Given the findings of this investigation concerning Mr. Palin's close involvement, what assurances can you offer the American people that Todd Palin will have no position power or influence in the day-to-day operations of your administration?
