A fun summer side dish - Greek Orzo Salad

Ralph and I took part in a fun event last weekend called "Detroit Up North." Over 100 Detroiters made their way to the tip of the "thumb" for a great celebration. There was a big potluck on Saturday night, and I brought along this salad that went great with the roasted lamb our hosts served.

Absolutely! I make a salad similar to this one and it's always a hit.
