I wonder how old this ad is. By this time it looks like they've relagated the T1003 to the "low-end" segment with only this one color. The matching dryer in this ad is the last generation with the larger control fascia. I have 2 T1003's; one from 72 and one from 74, both are Avocado, with other colors available. Just curious. I like these ads, they make these little washers seem like they do so much... They're so loud though
It also has the newer "Hoover" scripting in the ad which would tell me that it maybe later 70's early 80's as well as the white background machine badge.

I would venture 1975. The entire dealers book I have is 1974-1975. Some of the order forms from the dealer (Albuquerque, NM,) are signed 7/12/76. some of the fun is seeing what was ordered! Greg

I was so enthralled by the ad I completely missed the actual question:
"Here's another Hoover tt. What's the difference between this one and yesterdays?"
Answer:
The 0519 and 0519 Deluxe (pictured in your other post) as later called were the TOL Hoover Compacts. They featured the auto-rinse feature that employed a water sensor in the spin tub to automatically turn on and off the spinner for rinsing. Another feature that these machine have is the water spigot. The water spigot is used to fill the wash tub and to spray the clothes in the spinner. Without the auto-rinse switch, one has to manually fill the spin can and watch it, turn the water on and off and so on. It actually does make the process more streamlined with this feature as one can set the switch, turn on the water and continue about the wash until the water runs clear to your liking. With me, it's usually 2 runs sometimes 3 depending and I use a small amount of detergent in my wash. These models also come with the wood-grain top standard.
The T1000 Series as pictured in your ads were the BOL and MOL entries in the market. Hoover made no sense with their product numbering with the T series as the twin tubs have always been the 500 series, but basically there were 2 models, the T1001 and T1003. The T1001 was the BOL model with nothing extra. It lacked the water spigot and came only with an open ended fill hose. You could still spin rinse, but you had to turn on the water and hold the hose over the spinner to fill it and you couldn't "spray rinse" as you couldn't run the spinner with the lid up. The T1003 was the MOL model and had the water spigot for spray rinsing and filling. The little spigot made life a lot easier and a lot less messy. You could also get the wood grain "Serva-Top" as an extra on this machine. The 1003 came in colors as well. The later T series were reduced to white/almond only but I beleive that you could get either the T1001 or the T1003 in all colors at one point or another.
Last but not least there was the 0510 model from 1970-71. This is a rare bird in that it was the 1st of the poly tub machine. The plastic is thicker and molded slightly different as is the drain in the wash tub and other bits. It kept the model name of the stainless steel model it replaced and was cut in 1971. Kevin has one, but I'd love to study one more myself.
