I'm sure I'm not the only one who raised their hands in shock and said WHAT when he threw in the entire measuring cup of Tide (placing something like that inside the washer wouldn't mess things up, would it?).

With the Tide detergent I have-something like the bottle in the video-Tides instructions on the bottle suggest putting the cup and detergent in the washer IF its a top loader-They suggest NOT putting the cup in the machine if its a FL.Since that GE could spin at high speeds-would not leave the cup in that one either.I pour the detergent out of the cup into the washer-use the washers fill stream to rinse out the cup and put it back with the detergent dispenser bottle.Yes,the video is obnoxous.And-no I won't spend 2K on a laundry pair.Still get machines from the swap shops.That way you get VINTAGE!Heck I don't think my entire wardrobe is worth $2K.
