In our Kitchen we have a Sears Kenmore 18 refrigerator, over the last few weeks there have been puddles of water under the crisper drawers that run out ontothe floor when the drawers are opened. Everything is cold, and stuff in freezer is still frozen.
Does anyone know what could be causing the water build up in the fridge?

Plugged drain tube

Absolutely. Best way I have found to clean them out is use a vacuum hose plugged into the exhaust port of vacuum, (set up to blow, not suck). Send a blast of air through the drain tube to clear any clog, then flush the tube with bleach water to kill any algae. Don't forget to empty and rinse the drip pan underneath the fridge afterwards. You dont want bleach water hanging around under there.
