A thread about our weekly estate sale finds

We haven't had a thread in awhile where members can post their weekly or monthly estate sale finds.  I'll start it off with my find of the week.  

 

Yesterday my wife and I went to part 1 of a 2 part estate sale, and this is what followed me home.  It's an electric Cornwall Thermo Glass warming tray.  The date stamp on the bottom says 9/20/73.  Price: $5.00.

2 1950 wards HiFis and a little 5-tube

my latest was a pair of monkey wards HiFis;12"mono woofer/am fm/4sp phono.Both are from 1950,but different cabinet and chassis.They haven't been used in decades-so some precautions will be needed before power up,though a little ~1950 brown backelite 5-tube zenith was bought at the sale and though it hadn't been used in a long time,plugged it in and flipped it on-dial string broken but works and sounds great-very nice sound for a 4"speaker!
