P&G Cannot Help Themselves
Versions of Tide (of which there are now legion) come and go and or are otherwise swapped out with regularity.
Tide Heavy Duty Liquid Laundry Detergent was introduced in 2019/2020 IIRC.
At time P&G's marketing babble stated:
"Tide Heavy Duty Liquid Laundry Detergent is specially designed to remove impossible stains like grease, oil, blood, and smoke. It is the Number 1 stain remover for working professionals with heavy duty laundry problems like caked-on dirt, tough odors, and set-in stains on work clothes. This detergent for mechanics and other pros has an improved formula with chelating agents to soften water and purify the wash, enhance cleaning action, and facilitate stain removal in both HE and regular washing machines."
In 2020 P&G released "Tide Hygienic Clean, Heavy Duty 10X" in various incarnations.
"Tide Hygienic Clean, Heavy Duty 10X, Liquid Laundry Detergent was developed to provide garments with a hypoallergenic clean at the microscopic level, removes both visible and invisible dirt"
Neither of above have been discontinued far as one can see. Depending upon distribution you may find one or both more easily or not.
Walmart seems to be one of the only sources for Tide "Heavy Duty 10x".

That being said however if one searches online for "Tide Heavy Duty 10x) invariably results bring up Tide "Hygienic" 10x products..

".. and some of the marketing/advertising claims seem similar to this Tide Professional liquid that is currently being advertised on some TV stations."
This is true for most versions of Tide, Downy and other home products made by P&G both powders and liquid format versions.
There is a master base formula then bits are added or subtracted according to what final version of "Tide" or "Downy" will be in end.
You see this if looking of safety data sheets and information at top of paper states ingredients listed cover a long list of Tide or Downy products.
