A Vintage AEG, Miele, Aristella and Hotpoint Amethyst

And as the title says we also had another first (which as well as the Ariston / Colston serarates) we connected up for its first use the Ariston 1970`s dishwasher, I picked this up from a family in Birmingham who had emigrated from Italy in the 70`s bringing all new appliances for their home being built for them - but their new home came with a fully fitted kitchen and laundry so these appliances where stored in the garage - fast forward to 2008 when they where moving and sold all unused appliances off !!

Pandandi detergent

Pandandi was a biological detergent to be used for the prewash only in the biological wash program (it wasn't meant for use in the wash phase as well: the results would be poor if you did): I can remember that a half-used box of this detergent came out from some corner under the sink when we took out our old Zanussi dishwasher that had given up its soul. I never used it or saw it used, my mom told me that it was more expensive than a box of Somat or Neofos (the Italian version of Calgonit, we have never been fans of the Finish products) despite being half the weight, I also believe that we never used it because the old machine did a good job on pots and pans on the normal program if you let them soak for a while before putting them in.
BTW, Mike, I love the G560 dishwasher: it is more or less like my G562.
